Top class customer service.

I bought a Nordemende oven online from Toss Bryan after checking around for the best price. It was delivered within 2 days which was incredibly fast considering we live in rural south Kerry. After unwrapping I discovered there was a scratch on the handle which I brought to their attention, I mentioned it wasn’t a huge deal but it was a pity it was visible. I was contacted within hours and given an apology, offered a full refund, a replacement or a new handle. I chose the new handle as I could change it myself and it was delivered within days. It’s heart warming to see good old fashioned customer service is still a priority with some business’s. Any other domestic appliances or electrical goods we need to replace will be purchased from Toss Bryans in future. Fantastic company to deal with, able to beat everyone else’s price’s, outstanding customer service and an Irish business that deserves support.
