Nice mower but no instructions or manual in English.

Dealing with Toss Bryans was a pleasure, Mower arrived promptly but the manual was in every language except English, The Stiga website was down when I tried to download it. It took four phone calls to get a link for the manual in English.
If any machine or appliance is being provided in Ireland, I think at least, a hard copy of manuals in English is the to be expected. Any person that is not computer literate would find this very annoying.

Excellent

Before the order was shipped I paid the difference and upgraded to the next model Stiga Estate 598W 18HP.
Customer service was excellent, answering may calls straight away and having hassle free solution.
I used the mower just three times. So far I am very satisfied, it takes me about 80% less time now compared to my old push lawnmower. Mowing is also completely effortless now.
